Join us for a culinary tour of Spain and Portugal at Salacia hosted by our own resident sommelier and manager, Don Paul, Executive Chef, Dan Elinan, and Wine Expert Hank Foiles. The evening includes a 5-course dinner and reception with wines selected for their unique character to complement our signature fine cuisine. All inclusive tickets (food, beverage, tax, gratuity) for the event are $85 per person

2007 Louis Jadot Chassagne Montrachet 1er cru "Morgeot" Clos de la Chapelle'
Burgundy, France

Morgeot is one of the top two or three 1er Crus (climats) of the village ‘Clos de la Chapelle' surrounds on old Chapelle. The Chassagne Montrachet 1er cru "Morgeot" Clos de la chapelle' is a very well balanced wine, showing us a lot of concentrated aromas of honey, white fruit and flowers and toasted almond. This wine is full bodied, powerful and rich. It is showing its age well.
Pairings: Foie Gras, Shellfish and Whole Branzino

2010 La Jota Howell Mountain Merlot
Napa, California

Made from a combination of the La Jota and Keyes Vineyard Merlot, you will ­find flavors of milk chocolate and dark blackberry mixed with an incredible texture. A hint of vanilla accompanies the fi­nish as you enjoy this wine. 
Pairings: Filet Mignon, Lamb, and Wagyu
